A beautiful uplifting treatment with three wonderful ways to restore the body. By using a dry brush, creating radiant and vibrant skin.  Dry brushing tightens skin, reduces the appearance of cellulite, exfoliates, and allows moisturizers to become more absorbed into the skin. Also aids in lymphatic flow.

Three different essential oils will be massaged into the skin with cupping throughout the treatment based on your intake we discuss. Plant medicine will be used to restore balance and harmony on a cellular level.

Finishing with a warm body wrap.  Wraps help reduce stress, improve the texture and appearance of the skin, and reduce stress. These three work together to restore immune system balance.

Connective Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $130

Connective Tissue Massage was first developed by Elizabeth Dicke in 1929. Having neglected an infected  tooth , the German physical therapist suffered a genral toxemia which damaged the peripheral circulation in her right leg. The leg exhibited a bluish tinge and was cold to the touch. The dorasl pedis artery could not be palpated. Docters advised her to consider amputaion.

In addition to the servere leg pain, Dicke also suffered from disabling back pain. Confined to bed she began to treat herselfby stroking her lower backand and discovered thickening and inflammation over the right iliac crest and tightness on the left side. The ares were hypersensitive to touch but she perservered and the pain subsided. Dicke continued to treat herself- the back pain subsided and gradually the superficial venous circulation reappeared on the leg. Under her direction, Dicke's colleagues began treating her with the "new" therapy.  Dicke experienced a complete recovery and returned to work as a physical therapist.

In her writings, Dicke repoerted that in the course of her treatment she observed pathological change to certain viscera. The physical tharapist suffered from chronic gastritis, enlargemnet of the liver and symptoms of heart angina as well as disturbances in the fuction of the kidneys.  These visceral compaints were corrected with the improved circulation and tissue normalization.  Over the years Dicke confirmed similar findings with her patients as the practice of CTM became popular through Europe.

Table Thai Massage

90 minutes: only/ $160

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.
