Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. This allows someone else the opportunity to book that time. Late cancellation charge of $35.00 will be applied to next appointment. True emergencies are exceptions.
 

Late arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next clients appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late, it will be determine if there's enough time to start the session. A fee of $35.00 applies for no show or under the 24 hour cancellation.
