Pregnancy Massage–
Relax and get off your feet to enjoy a light to medium pressured massage with Swedish techniques that soothes t
he common aches and pains of pregnancy. It helps to increase circulation in the most affected areas such as feet, legs, hips, and back. Also improves comfort by reducing general water retention and swelling. It is completely safe; even ask your doctor if they recommend it. If received on a regular basis, massage can even help ease and reduce the pain and discomforts during delivery. Take a breath you deserve it...an expectant mother can enjoy all of the benefits of massage too.

60 minutes: $105
Massage & Body Wellness will now do massages on Pregnant Mothers in their first trimester with Doctors approval only. If you are experiencing severe morning sickness or dizziness massage may need to be avoided until these symptoms get better. If interested please email or call Massage & Body Wellness and you will be emailed/mailed a form to be filled out by your OB/Midwife. You may also request a prescription or letter from your OB/Midwife stating they have no objections or concerns towards a prenatal massage. When services are rendered the therapist will look over and discuss how your pregnancy is going and if the therapist concurs with the OB/Midwife then the session will begin. You will receive a light/moderate pressured Swedish massage with focus on your current aches and pains.

Postpartum Massage–
*A relaxing treat for an amazing women*
Baby is more than welcome to accompany you in the session, It's encouraged! While lying on your sides you'll receive a relaxing Therapeutic massage which focuses on assisting the body to restore to its pre-pregnancy condition and
helps address the demands and both physical and emotional stresses of being a new mother. This helps to speed a woman’s recovery by restoring tone to the muscular and connective tissue, helps tone overstretched areas of the skin, increases circulation which assists in the removal of excess fluids, reduces swelling and nourishes the body. The massage can help speed recovery by promoting relaxation and providing pain relief. Postpartum massage is also great for helping alleviate the "postpartum blues" that may come due to sleep deprivation, feeling overwhelmed and hormonal changes.
60 minutes: $105

First Trimester:
1-2 Massage per Month
*Pending on growth of mamas belly Massage is safe
while lying on Back/Stomach.
Enjoy it while you can!
Second Trimester
1-3 Massages per Month
Third Trimester
1 Massage per Week or Biweekly
2nd and 3rd Trimester Pregnancy Massages will be performed while lying on mama’s side and then switching
to the other side half way through session time.
Post Partum
Massage weekly or biweekly for the first
6-12 weeks after delivery.
Every mom is different and her delivery; therefore Massage & Body Wellness reveiws and thoroughly evaluates each client to customize and/or recommend treatment plans.
